Returning Articles
You can only return new products in the unopened original packaging and return within two weeks after receipt.
Received wrong Article
Always check the item that you received with your order. If your accidentally received a different article, you can return it within 8 days after receiving for free. To find out why you received a different article it is important to indicate on the back of the bill the reason for return and the difference between the two articles.

What can I do process my payment as quick as possible?
Make sure you state your order number and order date clearly on your payment. And make sure your do not forget to pay the correct amount – including shipping costs inclusive VAT.
How long does it take until my payment is processed?
Reskin-XL will send an e-mail to confirm your order once your payment is received

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will compose and send your order once we received your payment, this will take five to seven days to process your order. In order to prevent delay, provide with your payment, your name, surname and clearly state your order number and order date. You can find your order number in the details below.
